Returns and Refunds Policy

Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. If you need to modify or cancel an order that has already been paid for, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. Once the packaging and shipping process has begun, we are unable to cancel the order.

Refunds
Your satisfaction is our top priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or replacement for your ordered products if you meet any of the following conditions:

• You do not receive your order within the guaranteed time frame (30 days excluding processing time of 2-5 days).
• You receive the wrong item.
• You no longer want the product you received (in this case, you must return the item at your own expense, and the item must be unused).

We do not issue refunds if:

• Your order does not arrive due to factors under your control (e.g., providing the wrong shipping address).
• Your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances beyond our control (e.g., customs clearance issues, delays caused by natural disasters).

You can submit refund requests within 15 days of delivery. Please send your request by messaging us on the “Contacts” page.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 days of approval.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your product for any reason, such as a different size in clothing, please contact us first, and we will guide you through the necessary steps. Do not return your purchase unless we authorize you to do so.
